Shipping Policy
Allerchic aim to process & dispatch your order As Soon as possible.  

Standard dispatch time is same day for orders recieved by 3pm AEST, or next business day of receiving your completed order. 

All orders are sent via Australia Post, We have found they offer the best postage options for our clients.

Allerchic only ships via Australia Post Express Post or Standard Post with tracking for domestic orders, this is the best way to ensure your parcel arrives quickly & safely. You will be emailed when your order has been dispatched along with the parcel tracking number. The below delivery times are a guideline & not guaranteed by Australia Post, if you require your parcel by a certain date or time, please contact us at: greatcustomerservice@allerchic.com.au & we will work with you to ensure your parcel is received by your deadline.

DOMESTIC POSTAGE:

EXPRESS POST:
•  Most locations in Australia will receive parcels Next business day. Some Rural or Regional locations in Australia may receive parcels in 2-3 days.
• These parcels do allow a degree of tracking. A parcel serial code will be emailed to you on dispatch.
• Will deliver to PO Boxes, A parcel notification card will be left in your Mailbox for collection.
• Allerchic not take responsibility for orders posted but not received. We will have proof of postage, in the form of a parcel serial number which we can provide you with so you can launch investigations with Australia Post. 

STANDARD POST:

• Parcels Do Not require a signature on delivery of goods.
• Australia Post state delivery time is usually 2-4 business days
• Will Deliver to PO Boxes, A parcel notification card will be left in your Mailbox for collection.
• Allerchic can not take responsibility for orders posted but not received. We will have proof of postage, in the form of a postal docket & a tracking number which we can provide you with so you can launch investigations with Australia Post.   

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Allerchic ship worldwide and shipping cost to your country is determined by destination, weight and shipping method chosen, this will be displayed in the checkout.

Allerchic do not charge a handing fee, cost of postage only is charged.

Depending on the method of shipping requested and country of destination, typically, delivery is for International Air post is between 3 – 14 business days, International Sea Mail can take up to 12 weeks. 

International purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%) however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered and Allerchic are not responsible for any of these extra costs. Occasionally the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure which may take up to 4-6 weeks or more. To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of the items ordered and to mark them as “merchandise”.  We are prohibited by law to mark these orders as “gifts”.
