RETURNS POLICY:
At Allerchic your satisfaction is our main priority, we have sourced the highest quality products for eczema, allergy & asthma.  All our items are submitted to our quality assurance before they are dispatched. However if there is a fault with your purchase we will gladly exchange, credit or refund your goods.


If you should need to return an item please contact us at: greatcustomerservice@allerchic.com.au So we can direct you on how to Return your item.


Returns are subject to us receiving the goods in their original condition & original undamaged packaging. Goods should be returned unused. All returns should be received within 14 business days.
